Off we go. . .
Well, my buddy Dave and I have been putting together a remote controlled aircraft over the last couple of weeks. It’s been a really interesting project and I find the whole thing really intriguing. We broke the engine in last night and this thing should really cook. I got a K&B engine off of ebay that was part of an Army surplus kit for one of the target-practice MIG aircrafts. After a bit of running, it’s really humming along and should be a real hoot.
The maiden voyage will be this Wednesday, so pray that we don’t set anything on fire and/or injure ourselves/others.
I will take a camera or two to capture my first efforts at flying an R/C plane, so get ready for that footage. :-)
